Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before production, processing, or dispatch has begun. Once an order enters the production or fulfillment stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the nature of manufacturing and logistics involved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection
  • Incorrect product supplied compared to the confirmed order
  • Products damaged during transit (subject to verification and supporting evidence)

All refund requests must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Refunds will be processed only after inspection, verification, and internal approval. Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom-made products
  • Bulk orders
  • Private-label products
  • Made-to-order items

Refunds for these products will be considered only if a verified manufacturing defect is found.

Additional Terms

Higer Health Science reserves the right to accept or reject refund or cancellation requests based on product condition, order status, and verification results. Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
